Booking Policies

Booking is confirmed once an advance payment of at least 50% of the hall fee is paid, shown by a signed receipt and contract; advance payments are non-refundable. Changing the event date counts as booking a new date. Food and drinks must be sourced through Danken Hall's own catering and bar service (Taste Tanzanite Catering, Paradise Cip Events) — this applies even for events held outside the hall itself, via Danken House. A decorator damage fee of TZS 300,000 applies if decorating causes damage. Air-conditioning use beyond 6 hours is charged extra. All decorating must be approved and finished by 6:00pm the evening before the event. Chairs and tables are provided according to the number of guests paying for food, and clients may bring their own to match guests who aren't. The hall is open from 12:00pm on the event day for decorators.
