Space Rules
Booking Policies
Booking is only confirmed once 100% of the hall fee is paid; the advance/booking payment is 50% of the hall cost, with the balance for food and drinks settled 5 days before the event. Guests aren't permitted in the kitchen except an appointed inspection committee, who may check food freshness at 4:00am on the event day — food is handed to that committee half an hour before guests are seated for their meal. Drinks handover happens at 10:00am on the event day. Décor may be brought from outside. Every table gets one complimentary large water bottle, plus free white chairs and tables based on the number of guests paying for food.
