Space Rules
Booking Policies
Booking is confirmed once the advance payment is made; the remaining balance must be paid two weeks before the event. Clients are responsible for their own event permit from Ilala Municipal Council. Cancelled or postponed events forfeit payments already made; moving the date requires the balance to be paid in full first. Drinks brought in from outside must be paid for four days before the event, and leftover drinks may not stay at the hall afterward. Gifts of any kind may not be left at the hall. Any MC, musicians, or video production crew must bring their own power plugs. The 300-700 pax hall includes 400 chairs and 45 tables. Overnight resting rooms cost TZS 100,000 (TZS 150,000 for bed & breakfast).
